How to update my Windows/Okta password (Not locked out)
Please note, this method should only be used if your password is still valid. If your password has expired, please call Concierge at 855.SUN.4343
In order to reset your Windows/Okta password, please follow the steps below:
- In your web browser, go to suncommunities.okta.com
- Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right hand corner and then select Settings.
- In the section, Change Password, enter your current password along with your new password. Please note, you will need to re-enter your new password.
- Once done, click Change Password.
Please note, password requirements include the following:
- At least 8 characters
- a lowercase character letter
- An uppercase letter
- A number
- No parts of your username
- Does not include your first name
- Does not include your last name
- Your password cannot be any of your last 24 passwords
- At least 2 hour(s) must have elapsed since you last changed your password
