Making a one-time payment

Within the Bills & Payments section of the Resident Portal, residents can view their invoices, payment receipts, deposits, refunds, credit memos and can pay their rent by credit/debit card, eCheck or ACH. If a resident has multiple sites, all sites will be available to view and make payments on. 

1. To make a payment, log into the Customer Portal 
2. Click Payments from the left menu.

4. Review the current balance and click Pay Now to make a one-time payment
