Making a one-time payment
Within the Bills & Payments section of the Resident Portal, residents can view their invoices, payment receipts, deposits, refunds, credit memos and can pay their rent by credit/debit card, eCheck or ACH. If a resident has multiple sites, all sites will be available to view and make payments on.
- To make a payment, log into the Customer Portal
- Click Dashboard then Pay Now from the left menu. Please review the current balance before selecting Pay Now.
- Read, review and Agree to the Electronic Payment Disclosure.
- If a balance is due, the portal will automatically default to the "minimum payment due", otherwise, enter an amount in the other category and click Next (all payments made towards a $0.00 balance will serve as a credit towards any upcoming due balances).
- Choose Saved Payment Method or add New Payment Method. Then continue (customers may also edit/manage their existing payment methods on this screen).
- Review the payment information, check both boxes (required), and click Pay.
- Customers will receive a confirmation in the portal and a receipt of payment sent automatically from the vendor - rentpayment.com.
