Accessing the Customer Portal 

The New Customer portal can now be accessed on all browsers on both mobile and desktop/laptop devices so long as https:// is added before the remainder of the url, for example: https://app.sunwebportal.com instead of app.sunwebportal.com

If a customer accesses the portal and they are receiving errors, please confirm that the full url string is https://app.sunwebportal.com and not just http://app.sunwebportal.com
