Updating a Home's Refurb Status for Home Rental Move Out

During the Move Out process, NetSuite automatically changes the home status to “refurb” to indicate that the home needs refurbishment before it can be rented again or sold.  During the refurb process applications can be taken on the home, and the home can be advertised on the Sun website.  

The refurb process has an associated percentage or completion to indicate how much of the refurb has been completed. This provides important visibility to leaders about the status of each home and how close it is to being market ready.

During the move out, the percentage is set to 0%.  To view and update the percentage throughout the refurb process, open the Home Record (Inventory Management < Home Setup < List). 

The home’s current refurb status/percentage will be displayed in the Home Details/Primary Information.

To update it, click Status Audit on the left sidebar. 

Adjust the Refurb %, then click Submit.
