Creating a Vimeo Account
Each community / resort should have a property-specific Vimeo account. This account can be accessed by any applicable team members, such as sales team members or assistant managers, along with the community / resort manager. Vimeo accounts should use the free Basic Plan.
To ensure digital security, do not use any team member's personal email address or password when creating or updating the account. Vimeo may prompt team members to use their personal Google email address. Do not use a personal email address to sign up for Vimeo.
To create an account:
- Go to vimeo.com and click Join.
- Enter the community / resort name into the First and last name field.
- Enter the community / resort's Craigslist email address (sales@<property domain>.com) in the Email address field.
- Example: sales@applecarr.com
- Contact Concierge for the community / resort's Craigslist ("sales") email address, if necessary.
- Enter a password.
- Click Join with email.
- Click Skip, if prompted.
- Click No thanks, if prompted.
