RV Sales Process

 

1. 1. Resorts should be collecting applications from interested buyers and can use the RV Application to gather their information.  If multiple apps are needed for the same site, please collect all apps on paper.  Once you have a “final” candidate who is ready to proceed with a sale you'll be able to enter that person’s information in Campspot to create the reservation.  

      You will then be directed to NetSuite for application details and long-term agreements. For cash sales where there’s a ready buyer this shouldn’t pose a big issue, but for any financing applications or for brokered apps where there might be multiple offers, it might be more challenging.

      For the interim, the process is to follow the Generating RV Long-Term Agreements information, and the Sun Homes Cash Sales, Financed Home Sales, and brokered sales information is a supplement.
