Accepted forms of payment

• Personal check
• Certified check
• Cashier's check
• Money order
• Online payment through the Customer Portal 
  • Credit/debit card payments
  • One-time and recurring ACH (e-check) payments
• Cash is only accepted at RV resorts and at communities located in Nevada.

Note that in some states paper-based payments (checks, money orders) may incur an additional charge.  See E-Rent Collection Initiative for more information.  Customers are encouraged to pay online via the Customer Portal to avoid additional fees. 

Checks must be made payable to the community/resort. When receiving payments, ensure the site number is clearly printed on each check or money order. Do not accept third-party checks (for example, checks from churches, charities, immediate family members, etc.) unless approved in writing by the RVP. Residents who have previously had a check returned NSF may not be allowed to use personal checks for a period of time. See Returned Checks for more information.
