Account History / Account Ledger

Your account will show 1-3 months of past line items. This will include the dates, site #, item amount, tax amount, charges, payments, amount due, resident balance, transaction type and transaction ID. 

Your total balance will also be displayed at the top of the screen.

1. Select Payments from the left menu.

3. You can select View Details next to each monthly invoice to see a breakdown of your monthly payment or you can select View All Payments

5. Once you select View All Payments, you'll be able to review the current balance for an itemized list of charges.
