Customer Support - Downloading Ledger

Download Account History / Account Ledger

Your account will show 1-3 months of past line items. This will include the dates, site #, item amount, tax amount, charges, payments, amount due, resident balance, transaction type and transaction ID. 

To download your Account History / Ledger, please follow the steps below:

1. Once logged into the portal, click on Dashboard and then select, View Balance as shown below:

3. Click Download as shown below:

5. The ledger will download as a PDF and will include Minimum Due amount, Total Due amount and the Customer's Account History
