Service Requests
You now have the ability to create and view submitted Service Requests directly from the Customer Portal
To create a new service request, please follow the steps below:
- Select Requests from the left menu.
- Select Service Request
- Once the page loads, click Submit Service Request as shown below:
- Verify the Property, Site #, and Service Request Type is accurate.
- Select the Priority and Request Type from each dropdown
- Enter both a Subject as well as a Description in each field as shown below:
- Be sure to select the Access Entry Note as well as include any special instructions (if needed)
- Once complete, click Submit
