Unknown error when attempting to create new account
This occurs when the customer is trying to create a new account within the customer portal, but are receiving, "Unknown error has occurred" message.
- Customers will receive this notice when they already have an account in the new customer portal.
- Please have customer go back to login in page, click on “need help”
- The customer will need to add in their email, then click Submit
- Once you click Submit, a 6-digit validation code will be emailed to you.
- Please check the email affiliated with your Customer Portal account.
- Click on "Reset Password Page"
- Fill in all required fields below:

- Please note, a password may NOT begin with a symbol or a number. If the password does not begin or end with a letter, the next time the customer tries to login using the password they will receive an error message.
- Please confirm the customer only puts the symbols or letters in the body of the password and not the beginning or end.
