How to update my Customer Portal Email?
Customers can update their account with new phone numbers, email address or even update their passwords at their own convenience.
To update your email, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the dropdown next to your name in the upper-right hand corner, then select Profile.
- Click Change Email
- Enter in your new email address and then re-enter in the Confirm New Email Address Field.
- Please note, the emails must match one another
- Once you've confirmed the new email address is correct, please select one of the methods below to confirm your identity. You can either confirm your identity entering the last 4-digits of your Social Security or ITIN Number or Date of Birth and Community Information.
- Once done, click Submit.
