How to update my Customer Portal password?
Customers can update their account with new phone numbers, email address or even update their passwords at their own convenience.
To update your password, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the dropdown next to your name in the upper-right hand corner, then select Profile.
- The option to update your password is located directly underneath updating your email address.
- To update your password, enter your current password.
- Now enter your new password in the New Password field, then re-enter the same new password in the New Password Confirm field.
- Please note, passwords must contain the following:
- 12 characters
- A number (0-9)
- An upper case letter (A-Z)
- A Lower case letter (a-z)
- A Symbol (~!@#$%^&*;\[]")
- Once done, select Change Password
