Accessing the Customer Portal
Customers who are browsing the Sun Communities website and searching for a home (for purchase or rent) can easily submit their application online through the Customer Portal and monitor their application's status. They can also upload documents in the portal to satisfy underwriting conditions. Once approved and moved in, they can view their current balance, pay their rent, and more using the features available in the portal.
When an application is first submitted, the Customer Portal will only show the in-process application:
- After the application has been reviewed and approved, new residents will see an updated portal screen that includes features
