Initiate adding co-applicants to in-progress applications
Customers will now have the ability from the Customer Portal to initial adding applicants to in-progress applications.
Please follow the steps below:
- Once logged into the portal, select "Applications" from the left toolbar
- This will bring up "Your Applications"
- From here, select "Add Co-Applicant" as shown below
- Please note, Primary Applicants will need to enter a first name, last name, and email address of the new co-applicant that are added
- Once completed, a notification will be sent to the new co-applicant directing them to the portal to complete their application.
- Once the co-applicant has completed their portion of the application, the status of the application will now be "Submitted" and will be visible to you on the Applications Page.
