Customers not receiving password reset code
If a customer has not received and password reset code after multiple attempts and are also receiving a message stating that they already have a username in the system:
- Go to: https://app.sunwebportal.com/auth/resendVerifyCode
- In the email address field below, enter the customers email address on their behalf and then once entered, click Submit.
- Once the Customer received the code, redirect them to the Need Help link where they will find the option to confirm their email.
- https://app.sunwebportal.com/auth/forgotPassword
- Then select Confirm Your Email Address
- The customer will need to enter both their email address the verification code that was sent to their email. Once entered, they'll need to click Verify Code.
- Once the code is verified, the site will redirect the customer back to the login page where they proceed to their account.
