Customers being sent email verification from Zendesk
If a customer has received a verification email from Zendesk like the one below, it's due to the customer attempting to "Sign In" to Zendesk upon being presented with an article for resolution.
This just means that the customer accessed a guide article provided by the answer bot in chat:
And then tried to login to their portal using the Sign In button found on the top right of the guide page:
Redirect the customer back to the customer portal sign in page on https://app.sunwebportal.com and provide further explanation if needed.
Close ticket.
