Forgot customer portal password / Password Reset
- Click on the Need Help link
- Customers will be redirected to reset password page upon clicking Need Help
- The customer will need to enter their email and then click Submit. You will be sent an email from noreply@notices.suncommunities.com with a 6-digit code.
- Upon receiving the code, the customer will need to go back to the Customer Portal website and click on the Reset Password Page link
- The customer will need to type in their email, the 6-digit code, and then create a new password that matches all the requirements in the box below:
- Once the password is strong enough, the submit button will turn dark blue/black. Have the customer click submit – they will be redirected back to the login page where they can enter their email and new password.
Password Requirements
Passwords created must include the following:
- 12 characters
- Number (0-9)
- Upper Case Letter (A-Z)
- Lower Case Letter (a-z)
- Symbol (!@#$%^&*)
- Non-leading or trailing spaces
Please note, passwords cannot begin or end with a symbol or number. They must begin with a letter.
