How to log into NetSuite?
All active team members that have a job title that was identified as requiring NetSuite access will be granted access automatically upon showing as active in SunSource.
If you, a direct report or one of your peers are a new hire and unable to log into NetSuite by noon on your first day, please contact Concierge.
- From your SunSource homepage, select App Center
- Once the App Center loads, select NetSuite
- You'll be logged in automatically via Single Sign-On.
- Please note, if you're attempting to access NetSuite production via a saved bookmark, you will not login via Single Sign-On. Instead, please ensure you're accessing the tile located in the SunSource App Center, as shown above.
- In the event you're unable to log into NetSuite following the instructions above, please clear your web browser's cache/cookies.
- If you're still experiencing issues after clearing your cache/cookies, please take a screenshot displaying the error message. Please also include the URL.
