How to clear your Cache/Cookies in Microsoft Edge
Please follow the steps below if you're using Microsoft Edge as your Web Browser

While in Edge, click on the icon as shown below and then select Settings

Select Privacy, search and services

Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear

Ensure you have Cached images and files selected and then click Clear Now

Once complete, restart your browser.
