Canceling Unsigned Lease Agreement (RV Only)
Agreements can be canceled if they are unsigned and the reservation status is pencil-in. Dates in NetSuite cannot be edited. To edit dates for a lease agreement, team members must cancel the pencil-in reservation in Campspot and create a new pencil-in reservation with the correct dates. If a site needs to be changed, the agreement must be canceled in NetSuite and the site updated in Campspot.
To cancel an unsigned agreement:
- Navigate to the agreement in NetSuite and verify the Agreement Status is Not Submitted and the Reservation Status is Pencil-In.
- Click Cancel Agreement in the More Actions dropdown.
- Confirm the cancelation and click OK.
- In the Status Audit tab on the sidebar menu, verify the agreement was canceled. The Agreement Status and Reservation Status should both state Canceled.
NetSuite will send the cancelation agreement details to Campspot. Campspot will remove the Pencil-In reservation from the site.
