Viewing Prospectus Options

To view your community’s prospectus options:

1. Click Lease Operations > Florida Prospectus > List.
   
   • 
2.  All Prospectus options will populate in a view-only format.
   •  
   • Note: Multiple prospectuses will be shown, many with the same Prospectus Name. To differentiate between prospectuses and their terms, make sure to view the Lease Type.

Community Managers are responsible for the accuracy of their property’s prospectuses setup, especially when it comes to the correct default prospectus. Default prospectuses are assigned to applications  where the purchase is not resale nor the seller’s prospectus is not assumable. Depending on the community, multiple default prospectuses may be assigned to one property. If this happens, the Community Manager will need to select the correct prospectus for that application. The description field will help guide the Community Manager in selecting the correct choice.
