Generating a Prospectus in NetSuite  

Selecting the correct prospectus begins in the Application process where the appropriate prospectus is selected based on the home status or default prospectus of the community.

1. Navigate to Sales Process < Application < List.
2. Select the appropriate application. 
3. Click DocEngine Documents.
   • A list of documents will be prepared.
   • 
4. Click the checkbox next to the Community Lease. 
   • The Prospectus is located in the Community Lease
   • 
   • Note: For assumed leases, two agreements will be in the Community Lease: the assumable agreement and the lease agreement within the prospectus. These agreements reflect the correct dates and base rent.
5. Click Generate Document.

6. A review copy of the Community Lease and Prospectus is available to view . A digital copy of the agreement is automatically sent to the applicant via DocuSign.   
   • Note: Prospectus generation is currently unavailable in NetSuite. Please manually generate and complete prospectuses using a local copy, and upload the correct prospectuses to NetSuite using Manually Signing and Uploading a Prospectus. Make sure to check the Florida Prospectus page periodically to see when your property is ready to generate, complete, and sign prospectuses electronically in NetSuite!
