Customer Portal - Request to remove payment method in RentPayment

Payment Removal Process 

In order to remove the payment method from a customers Customer Portal account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into RentPayment
2. Search for People
3. Open the resident account
4. Click on Manage Accounts to View Payment Methods
5. Click View to delete the card of file.
6. Then select Delete Card as shown below
