Updating Application Fees in NetSuite
Property managers can propose new and updated fees for applications at their community. Fees are subject to approval/rejection by the RVP.
In addition, property managers can generate promo codes to provide applicants that will discount/waive the application fee when the customer enters the code in the Customer Portal. These promo codes can be set up for one-time use by a single customer, or for multiple uses by more than one customer.
- Hover over Sales Process, hover over Application Fees, then click List.
- Note: The current application fees in place for your property will display on the list under the Approved tab. Any fees that are Pending RVP Approval or Rejected will display when those tabs are clicked.
- Click Setup Price.
- Click the Application Type dropdown and select the application type you're proposing the fee for.
- Note: You can select multiple application types.
- Enter the proposed fee in the Application Fee field.
- Click Save & Send for Approval.
Note: Click Pending RVP Approval to view the fee you've just proposed. When approved by the RVP, this application fee will display on the Approved tab.
