NetSuite - Applying Late Fees
Property managers must apply late fees in NetSuite the day after the grace period expires.
To apply late fees to delinquent residents' accounts:
- Navigate to the Delinquent Customers screen.
- Select all residents or click the checkbox in the row of the desired resident.
- Click Process Late Fee.
- Verify the information in the Process Late Fee pop-up window and click Submit.
- Please note, Some states may have multiple Notice Types to select from:
- Review the confirmation and click OK.
