NetSuite - Generating an RV Placement Agreement in NetSuite
Completing the pencil-in reservation in Campspot will populate most of the information in NetSuite. Additional information will be needed before the agreement is ready for the guest's signature. A Placement Agreement must be signed on or before the guest's move-in date.
To generate the agreement in NetSuite:
- Clicking the Continue to Agreement button in Campspot will open the new long-term lease agreement in NetSuite in Edit mode.
- Complete the required fields and click Save.
- Click Edit to update/add any additional information. Editable information includes: Primary Information (Long-Term Reservation Details section), Guest Details, Conditional Stay Details, Charges, and Commission Details.
- Click Signed Docs & Notices in the sidebar menu once all guest information has been entered.
- Click the checkbox for the desired agreement and select Generate Document.
- Click View in the Doc Link/Print Link column and review the agreement to verify the information is accurate and ready for guest signature. If any errors are noticed, correct the information in NetSuite and then click Generate Document again. See previous step.
- Click Pending in the Review Status column.
- Select Completed in the Review Status dropdown. Updating the Review Status to Completed indicates the team member reviewed the lease agreement and verified it's accurate.
- Click Submit & Send via DocuSign to send the agreement to the guest for signing, OR follow the next steps in the Manual Signing Process section if a Manual Signing Process is needed.
Once the Agreement has been signed via DocuSign through email, the reservation status is automatically updated to Confirmed and can be viewed in Campspot.
