Cancel Signed Lease Agreement (RV Only)
Agreements can be canceled after applicants have signed and the reservation has been confirmed, prior to the agreement start date. Resorts may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for cancellations on a signed agreement with payment provided. Refunds are sent for RVP approval. See Customer Payments and Refunds for more information regarding refunds.
To cancel a signed agreement:
- Navigate to the agreement in NetSuite and verify the Agreement Status is Signing Completed and the Reservation Status is Confirmed.
- Click Cancel Agreement.
- Confirm the cancelation and click OK.
- In the Status Audit tab on the sidebar menu, verify the agreement was canceled. The Agreement Status and Reservation Status should both state Canceled.
- Please note that an active agreement cannot be cancelled and the check out process must be followed. Only agreements in the Signing Completed stage or sooner can be cancelled.
