- Concierge - Level 1
- Team members are having an issue with an application and selecting a prospectus.
- Team members are trying to enter an application but when selecting a prospectus, no id will populate, and an error is received select prospectus type.
- This happens when the active lease on the site does not have a prospectus selected (agreement was most likely an import)
- Go to the current agreement and confirm there is no prospectus selected under the Florida Prospectus tab.
- Team members will need to click the change prospectus button and submit the change for RVP approval. (The Property Manager, Property Office, and Sales Team NetSuite roles can all update this.)
- Once approved they should be able to create the application and select the prospectus.
- Team members are having an issue with an application and selecting a prospectus.
